Chef Gabriela Green resides in San Miguel de Allende and has run three restaurants, a food truck, a catering company and a cooking school over the past 15 years. Gaby learned how to cook early on in her grandmother's kitchen, where she had her own stool and utensils. While her specialties come from her family's recipes, Gaby adds a modern twist to make her own variations of regional Mexican cuisine.
